This class is ideal if you are new to reformer, want to refine your technique, or are returning after a break or injury. Enjoy a full body workout designed to guide you through the founding principles of Pilates – proper form, alignment, breathwork and body awareness. Expect detailed cueing on how to set up each exercise, and build the strength, stability and confidence to progress to intermediate/advanced classes.
Suitable for: Clients of all genders new to reformer, those returning after a break or injury, and experienced clients who want to work on form/technique.
For clients who menstruate, this class is great during any phase, including luteal.
Difficulty Level: Beginner/All Levels

Experience our contemporary, dynamic full body classes with plenty of time under tension and zero time to think about deadlines or what's for dinner. Expect your muscular endurance and strength to be challenged with unique exercise sequences and flows, all to the backdrop of a great playlist to help keep you motivated. Juicy, creative, and fun.
Suitable for: Clients of all genders who have a good grasp and proficiency of foundational Pilates exercises. For newer clients, we recommend taking 5-7 Foundations classes before moving into Flow.
For clients who menstruate, this class is great during the follicular phase/ovulatory phase.
Difficulty Level: Intermediate

Our Strength classes are designed to target intrinsic and global musculature while respecting physiological principles of training. Focus on full body integration by moving through slower tempos, higher resistance, and longer isometric holds. This class focuses on progressive overload, time under tension, muscular endurance, power, and stability. Sweat is promised.
Some reformer experience is recommended. Perfect for perimenopausal women and during any phase of the menstrual cycle.

One of our signature classes, Runner’s Reformer is a performance and recovery-focused class designed with runners and endurance athletes in mind. Programmed with the input of a sports medicine physician, manual osteopath and running specialized physiotherapist, focusses on strength, plyometrics, mobility and 360 degrees/rotational movements. Non-runners looking to improve their gait and leg strength/mobility will also find this class beneficial.
Suitable for: Clients who are looking to improve cardiovascular health, boost endurance, and build sustainable fitness, as well as runners, Hyrox, and endurance athletes looking for the perfect cross-training class.
For clients who menstruate, this class is great during the follicular phase/ovulatory phase.

This class draws from the Classical Pilates reformer repertoire, including challenging whole body integration exercises. Classical Pilates is a full body structured progressive method adhering to the original methods and principles pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Building on our Foundations Class, the Classical Intermediate Reformer will further challenge your mind, body, balance and coordination. Experience the magic of the original Pilates method.
Suitable for: Clients of all genders who have a good grasp and proficiency of Foundational Pilates exercises.
For clients who menstruate, this class is great during the follicular phase/ovulatory phase.
