Welcome to Industry Studio! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [www.industrystudio.ca], services, classes, and programs ("Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services and Eligibility

Industry Studio provides group and private Reformer Pilates and workshops and through in-person classes. By participating in our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)

• You do not have any condition or injury that would make participation unsafe

• You have provided accurate and complete health information, if requested

2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

a. Class Bookings

Bookings can be made online via our scheduling platform. A valid account and payment method may be required.

b. Payment Terms

All purchases (including drop-ins, class packs, memberships, or workshops) must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment.

c. Cancellation Policy

• No-show/late cancellation fees are as follows:

• No show results in a loss of class credit

• Late Cancellation within 8 hours of class results in a $15 fee with 50% of the fee going to a local charity such as Parkdale Food Bank

d. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. In certain cases, account credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. Health and Safety

Participation in any class or service is at your own risk. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any fitness or exercise program. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity

• You have disclosed any relevant medical or physical conditions

• You will follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors

Industry Studio is not liable for any injury, illness, or other health issues that may arise through your participation.

4. Studio Rules and Conduct

All clients and visitors agree to:

• Treat staff and fellow clients with respect

• Use equipment and facilities appropriately

• Abide by studio policies regarding attendance, attire, and behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals for behavior that is unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, and class materials — is the property of Industry Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industry Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our website or services

• Errors or omissions in content

• Injury or loss sustained during participation

7. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information in accordance with applicable laws including PHIPA.
