  • Samantha Kreindel

    Samantha brings a rich background in ballet and contemporary dance to her movement teaching, blending grace with strength across every class. Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Barre, as well as 500-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance, Samantha is deeply passionate about mindful movement and its ability to create lasting change in both body and mind.

    In her classes, you can expect a full-body, progressive practice that flows seamlessly from start to finish. Her sessions offer a balanced mix of strength, stability, and mobility, all delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment. Samantha’s approach is both challenging and accessible, helping clients feel empowered and connected as they move.

  • Kristin Foster

    Kristin is a passionate and fun-loving Pilates instructor with over 13 years of global teaching experience. Her journey began when she left a successful career in Marketing and Communications to pursue her true calling: helping people feel strong, empowered, and deeply connected to their bodies.

    Known for her high energy and infectious love of movement, Kristin delivers classes that are equal parts strength, rhythm, and creativity. She masterfully blends contemporary Reformer Pilates with curated playlists, dynamic flows, and plenty of personality. With Kristin, it’s more than a workout—it’s a full-body experience.

  • Caitlin Burns

    Caitlin's goal as an instructor is to cultivate a space for creativity and grounding in movement. After completing her first certification in 2017, Caitlin was inspired to curate class experience that honors the diversity of bodies as well as the technical aspects of movement and pilates.

    Beyond technical training, Caitlin's core belief is that movement should be a space for play, empowerment and strength.  She is constantly inspired by her clients and brings a dynamic flow to each and every one of her classes.

  • Sonja Boretski

    Sonja works with movement as a Pilates Instructor and a contemporary dance artist in Toronto, ON. As a Pilates instructor with certifications on the Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Therapeutic modalities, she offers a contemporary approach rooted in anatomical understanding and mindful movement. Her teaching emphasizes functional mobility, strength, and a deepened sense of proprioception - helping clients build lasting body awareness and connection from the inside out. With a strong foundation in movement and a supportive teaching style, she creates a space where people can show up as they are, move with curiosity, and grow with confidence.

  • Jessica Germano

    Jessica (she/her) is a contemporary dance artist, certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor.

    Jessica’s classes focus on functional movement through creative and thoughtful sequencing. She structures her class with plenty of progressions to modify, or intensify, and encourages students to make intentional choices that are authentic to their individual needs. Jessica aims to foster a welcoming space where movers can get curious, explorative, and make new discoveries. Her classes are designed to make you feel both challenged, and successful. Jessica is passionate about the power of movement, and its ability to promote healthy bodies and minds.

  • Chelsea Girard

    Chelsea began her fitness journey through weightlifting and bodybuilding, but it was Pilates that inspired her to turn movement into a career. Chelsea found the power of moving your body to support long-term performance. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her sewing, playing pickleball, or line dancing at your local country bar, Yee haw!

  • Karah Nowensky

    Movement has always been a big part of Karah’s life. She grew up on the ice playing hockey and spent years exploring many other sports, which gave her a deep appreciation for how the body moves. That foundation led her to Pilates, which has become her outlet, my reset, and a key part of my hybrid training. She uses Pilates as a way to continue building strength, improving alignment, and creating balance in the body.

    Her classes blend traditional techniques with a modern, feel-good approach to help you move with purpose and feel strong from the inside out. She can’t wait to move with you on the reformer!

  • Joey Nehrin

    Joey (she/her) is a movement educator with a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal and adapt. Trained in mat and reformer Pilates, she came to the practice through her own injury recovery and now blends functional movement with mindful programming to support strength, mobility, and longevity. Her classes are dynamic, welcoming, and designed to help clients reconnect with their bodies — whether you're building endurance, moving through rehab, or just carving out time for yourself. Off the reformer, she’s committed to expanding access to wellness and movement for historically excluded communities.

  • Isabella Constantino

    Isabella is a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher and Professional Dancer with over eight years of experience teaching movement. She combines her expertise in dance and Pilates to help clients find precision, control, strength, and fluidity in their movement, while working to rebalance posture. Her background in dance brings a seamless flow to her classes, connecting mind and body through thoughtful transitions.

    Isabella works with all levels—from beginners to advanced—creating a supportive yet challenging environment. She holds continuing education specializations in Movement for Pregnancy, Upper Cervical Spine (including personal and client experience with concussions), Strength Training Principles, Working with Multiple Sclerosis. She is deeply passionate about movement and positively impacting her clients' health and well-being.

  • Lindsay Kinzinger

    Lindsay is a dedicated Pilates instructor, who likes to combine the foundations of classical Pilates with creative and dynamic contemporary Pilates movements to keep things fun and interesting. In her classes you'll be offered variations to challenge you, but also meet you where you're at on any given day, all set to a carefully curated playlist. Leave Lindsay's class feeling strong and empowered.

  • Bethany Litner

    Born and raised in Toronto, Bethany Litner (she/her) holds a BFA in Performance Dance from TMU and a Master of Teaching from OISE at the University of Toronto. After completing her BFA, Bethany began working as a contemporary dance artist, dancing through cities throughout Canada and Europe.

    She has over 10+ years of teaching ballet, and contemporary dance. Additionally, she is certified in Barre, Mat, and Reformer Pilates, with pre and post-natal focus. Bethany puts great care into creating a welcoming space, intended to be exciting and challenging for all levels. Expect to move, have fun, and leave her classes feeling energized! 

  • Leah La Rosa

    Leah is a certified mat and reformer Pilates Instructor who loves bringing fun, mindful movement into every class. She has been in the movement space for many years, using it as a tool to get out of her mind and into her body! Her uplifting and supportive teaching style helps clients feel strong, energized and confident after every class.

  • Stephanie Muller

    Steph is passionate about helping her clients connect with their bodies and find confidence in their movement. Her background in contemporary dance has inspired her to create classes that flow with strength and mindfulness. Steph has experience working with a diverse range of bodies, including professional athletes, beginners and clients recovering from injury. She has a thoughtful approach that supports her clients growth in their Pilates practice.
